SMW Financial Credit Union was honored to host a Money Smart Girls workshop as part of the More Than Pink program, an initiative focused on empowering girls in grades 4–7 to build confidence and rise above stereotypes. During the workshop, participants learned budgeting basics, explored the difference between needs and wants, and discovered how financial knowledge can help create confidence for the future. Supporting financial literacy and empowering the next generation continues to be an important part of SMW’s commitment to the community.
